NONE!!! If you value your life – at least your acting life! – you will never, ever wear any cologne, or perfume, or any other kind of scent, heavy or light, to an audition. The only scent you need to wear is clean, as in you bathed, washed your hair, and used some unscented deodorant. And if you smoke (nooo!), bear in mind that just because you can no longer smell yourself, everyone else can and smoke lingers not only in your lungs, but in your hair, on your clothes and yes, even on your head shots.
(We still find it hard to believe that anyone in the 21st century is still stupid enough to smoke. We just hope that you who are reading this are smarter than that, with more self-control. It’s no longer cool and it no longer looks sexy. It takes seven years to clean out your lungs; it’s never too late to start. Unless it is…too late!)
Many casting directors detest scents that aren’t their own (!), so don’t stink up their offices if you can help it.
